Really, Does Anyone Like Monday?

Now I know this takes guts, showing the world what lies behind your front door, but I figure I’m among friends- right? What I woke up to this morning was quite disturbing (I’m sure you will agree) I decided that I would photograph the filth I live in, only to inspire me to transform it into a somewhat livable space. I think I have succeeded.

You are about to embark on a series of pictures, some are quite graphic, viewer discretion is advised….

All right, now that I have completely embarrassed myself, please keep reading and watching so I may have some redemption…

Now that you have seen the real me, I will be able to tell my true friends from the fakes.  The ones who hang their head in shame upon seeing me are not friend worthy.

Temple Service

Audrey and I had the opportunity to go to the Temple on Saturday morning. We met the senior primary children of the Chandler Stake at the garden shop at 7:00 am. There was no complaints from Audrey when I woke her around 6:15 am. We were able to help clean the Temple grounds. Our group cleaned light posts, tops of garbage cans, and hand railings. I was so proud of Audrey, she is such a lovely young lady. It was a great experience for Audrey and me. We enjoyed our time together serving the Lord.

My Family Loves Me!

I had a lovely Mother’s Day. Marc let me sleep in and he took care of the kids, he then made me breakfast. We went to Casa Grande for church and then Arizona City for Dinner. Marc’s cousin Soliel just returned from her mission on Temple Square and her brother Cody is leaving for his mission to Australia this month so it was a double header. It is nice spending time with his family. I am truly blessed with great in-laws! The children also bestowed me with wonderful gifts. Here are some pictures.

While the boys are away….

The girls had a fun night at home with Daddy and Carson at the Father’s and Son’s campout. They had a late night with a friend. They ate pizza, rootbeer floats, popcorn, made a tent and watched a movie. They were very well behaved and had a great time. They even slept in their tent all night and had fun in it when Carson came home on Saturday. Fun was had by all!!
